DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Conseil départemental du Val d'Oise implements several personal data processing operations on the Château d'Auvers website in order to offer services to its users.
As data controller, Conseil départemental du Val d'Oise ensures that the following regulations are respected when collecting and processing personal data :

Purposes of personal data processing
The purposes for which personal data is collected by Château d’Auvers are as follows :
- Booking tickets
- Subscription to the Château d'Auvers newsletter
- Organization of occasional contests
- Contact Château d'Auvers staff (general information, organization of an event, young/scholar visitors, communication…)
The data collected cannot be used subsequently in any way that is incompatible with the purposes set out above.
Collection of personal data
Conseil départemental du Val d’Oise shall only collect and process the data that is strictly necessary to achieve the objective concerned.
Personal data is collected fairly and lawfully from the persons concerned.
Only strictly necessary data is requested and processed.
Data recipients
The primary recipients of the data are the staff of Château d'Auvers.
Other recipients are the service providers associated with the site within the strict limits of their needs:
- the ticketing service providers (Oxygeno hosted by OVH),
- the newsletter service provider (Sarbacane) and the site host in France (Eolas).
Limits on data retention
The retention period is set in application of article L213-3 of the French « Code du Patrimoine ».

Conseil départemental du Val d’Oise implements technical and organizational security measures, as following
- Awareness-raising among staff implementing the processing.
- Password authentication in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
- Restrictive authorizations granting each user access to the data.
- HTTPS web platform security
- Secured data hosting in France.
- Appointment of a data protection officer
Your rights in relation to your personal data
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and limit the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent where appropriate.
